Shock!

Something actually changed other than the flood of spam, the surprise! The forums are down until I can at least clean out the absolute crapstorm they became, back up the database and hopefully get things sorted out.

What will happen after that? Brass tacks time: I don't know but I wouldn't get my hopes up. I really don't want to say that but considering how little I've managed in all this time, it's not likely to change.

Server move in progress

The module is currently unavailable while we move over to a new server. I apologize that it is taking so long. I'll be updating the progress in the Arynwind General Chat forums so take a look there to see how it's progressing.

We're back!

After an extended period of downtime due to the previous web host going belly up with no warning, we're finally back!

I do apologize for this taking so long. It took a while to figure out what was going on with the old host and get access to the files again. Good news is if I ever have to do this again, it should go much faster now that I know what I'm doing. Though I sincerely hope I'm not doing this again for a long time.

The new host has been quick to respond to tickets so that has been a pleasant change.

WE'RE STILL HERE!

Despite what's been posted in other places, Arynwind is not closed, is not closing, and has no intention of going anywhere. The rumor that it's been closed was started by someone who is not a member of the staff anymore, and can be safely disregarded.

Wiki Online

It's not exactly new news, but the ArynWiki is now online. If you're not sure what a wiki is, there are links to explainations on the front page of it.
Also included is a page with key new user information that's worth taking a peek at.

New Updates

Existing players will need to pick up a few new files to keep current with updates as of 7-10-06. Specifically, you'll need to grab tw010.exe, Arynwind2DA_V1.0.exe, Arynwind_CC_V1.3.exe and JacobysJungle.exe.
The all-in-one installer is current with the new files, so new users won't need anything except that.
